A little west so there are not alot of restaurants or convenience stores available. However, we feel we are on our own little vacation home on a huge lake lot. It's nice and quiet.

They are far superior than any other builder we have dealt with in our 32 years in Florida.From being greeted by a friendly professional team to the closing and beyond, no other company comes close. The entire Akel family will make you feel that you made the right choice and they have been on time with all aspects of the process. The website "MyAkel" is unique and incredible wealth of information from stored documents to weekly photos of your home as it is being built.
