Just disliked the time it took to figure it out but understand that it was due to changes in the employment of that department. When the new person moved in, everything ran super smoothly.

The main issue is the back yard. The yard is sloped toward my house and floods the back yard and my covered patio everytime it rains. [name removed] has come out twice and their solutions have not worked and only made the yard a muddy mess. My covered patio is also being destroyed by the mud and rain. The quality of the sheetrock/paint on the interior is very poor. The master shower drips constantly and the lack of storage is a challenge. The HOA is very difficult and I don't feel like this is my home. It feels like apartment living the way everyting is set up.

The contract with the A/C company is my main complaint. They have tried to charge me for things due to their failure of completing the job well in the beginning.

Warranty dept. is normally quick and nice. I’ve been waiting for a few weeks now to get my leaking window looked at. For the most part I’ve had positive interactions with the warranty dept. I’ve had a couple bad interactions the the lady in the warranty dept (don’t remember her name). She can definitely be rude and condescending at times. Overall the warrantee dept has been pretty solid.
