The home buying/building experience was awesome - the sales team was amazing with pictures, working any issues that came up, and treated us well. Additionally, we had an issue in Dec where the water pipe in our front yard burst. Your team was rock stars - your on-call rep had the sub-contrator out here within 15 minutes and worked to get the problem solved. Your VP took care of us an put us up at Flying Horse for the night because the water had to be turned off to allow for repairs the next day. We also appreciated the team getting a landscaper out here to fix the inevitable damage (still working through that one, but the weather gets a vote). BL - things happen but Classic gets after it and gets it done right.

The purchase of our home was a great experience. Since we were moving here from out of state, the team did a fantastic job in keeping us updated on the progress from weekly phone calls to weekly pictures of our home. We always knew the present state and we always knew what was going to be done next in the building phases. We were also very happy about being able to make a few small changes such as additional can lighting, black fixtures and black hardware. The home is beautiful and we absolutely love it.

Everything has been wonderful starting with Paul, Karin and Josh and then Jessica at the Design Studio. Tony and Frederick were amazing, as well. The warranty is following up with any last minute items. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

This is our third new build with Classic so we love our experience over all. There were a few minor hiccups with one Classic employee that would promise phone calls, things or time lines that never happened. This employee was non sales and it was towards the end of our build.

The process has been straightforward, and the representatives have been helpful and responsive, which made resolving my concerns much easier. Classic plays "good cop -bad cop" with warranty people. One representative makes you feel confident in Classics customer service and commitment to keeping their word to fix issues, some of which are major. While other warranty agent (female), points fingers, blames homeowners, and refuses to fix things. We are still waiting on things from our initial walkthrough to be fixed--- 6 MONTHS LATER.

Many items have been addressed well. However, the tile tradesmen that have come in have been very messy and I’ve had to spend a great deal of time cleaning up their mess. The front entry window is scratched. I noted this for replacement the first week I moved in. When this was brought to warranty’s attention I was told my dogs did this. My dogs did not move into the house for the first six-eight weeks of ownership. When I explained this, I was told that all windows had to be addressed before closing, yet in my final walkthrough I was told that if we missed something during walk through it could be addressed afterwards. This is a great concern.

I enjoyed the consistent weekly updates on the status of the construction. Having had a bad experience with another builder, the transparency and communication provided by Classic was refreshing. Additionally, everyone we worked with was very thorough and made sure any questions we had were addressed quickly.
