The quality has decreased from the first Ideal home I purchased 20+ years ago in Dublin Bay OK. There was an entire window and frame left in my attic along with other trash. The home was not cleaned prior to us moving in as promised. The interior paint and paint job is mediocre at best. The pluming setup under the bathroom sinks is not very neat as it should be. The garage door came off the track after 3 months and then was extremely loud as it went up/down before it got fixed. The way the doors open in the bathrooms was not well thought out. It should have been a sliding door so you don't hit the person at the sink with the door when someone is in the bathroom or open outward. The dining room area is just awkwardly positioned and designed poorly. The guest/kids rooms are small and the doors don't go all the way to the floor. There is about a 2-3 inch gap so you have zero privacy. I feel as though whom ever did the inspection did not do a very effective job. I feel Ideal Homes QA did not ensure the home was built to the same quality like you all used too. My first home had none of these issues. Feel free to contact me for more details. Several issues with my home that have been reported, slow to respond and the major issues have still not been addressed. Ideal Homes sold me on this community that would be completed with the same quality of homes, yet sold the rest of your lots to Capital has come in and put starter homes in the neighborhood which has decreased the value of my home. I thought I was buying in a nice neighborhood, not a neighborhood with several homes for lease. Very disappointed in what I was told versus what I have. Major issues need to be fixed ASAP

The is a Fly problem this neighborhood. I believe it come the waste management facility near bye. I have trapped too many in just a few days.

I appreciated the access I had to my project manager(s). I also felt very confident in my decision to choose Ideal with how they handled a large/costly mistake. Their promptness to resolve it was fantastic and I appreciated that they didn’t ask me to accept the mistake and get something else instead. They quickly got the new materials on order and had the mistake fixed very quickly.

The entire Ideal team was involved and extremely well coordinated. I felt that I was purchasing from a long established company with an excellent reputation and with a 2 Year warranty! Basically, this builders process and focus on the customer made me feel very safe! This company is extremely well managed.

Ideal Homes has done a good job of working with me to resolve any issues I have had with my new home. Although at times they can be slow to respond and on rare occasions not respond at all. However, overall they are easy to work with.

Loved the quality and extra space on the patio. Did not like feeling like we were put off or not as important as other buyers. Was disappointed we came n without a realtor to start and no credit toward purchase or other upgrade could be given
