Please make a correction on my address: 6513 Canyon Oaks Dr. Simi VAlley. Thanks. The website portal does not keep the history-so the homeowner can't see what the problem was. Manny is very professional.

The entire sales team, [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] were excellent in how we were treated.

The overall experience was great. The house cleaning before move-in could have been a little better. Timing on when some issues would be addressed, was not clear. However, all the work is getting done and meeting expectations. We also had a great experience with the builders Sales Agent, [name removed], she was friendly and very communicative.

The correct address is: 6513 Canyon Oaks Dr. Many sales person statements were incorrect and never followed up with. I still have not received my "Solar Purchase Contract" which I have requested many times. I had to obtain the CC&R's from Escrow. I have not received any paperwork from the HOA (Vintage) 30 days later. Ater many attempts via phone and email to Vintage, we still don't have an account number. Today is 12/31/23 and we still don't have a billing statment for January 24 from Vintage. Poor drainage in the yard due to heavy rains. The gutter downspouts were not connected to the drain system, knowing there is overflow from the hillside. Gio and Manny are pretty good to work with. Jeremy, the lender, was very professional. Vince was outstanding. Patrice was ok. For safety purposes, I'm requesting that the utility pylon poles be painted yellow for visibility on our property.
