We loved working with [name removed] and all of the builders. They were very professional and always answered all our questions and concerns. They offered prompt service when we called or had issues.

I like that 2 team members made us feel important during some of the home process. Unfortunately, our dislike is for the others that made promises that were not kept. We were told on several occasions that our home would be ready. On the day we received our keys, we noticed several items were not fixed. Our home was not cleaned as we were promised. Several items are still not fixed. There are new problems that need fixing and we are waiting for someone to contact us. We received an email that states someone will contact us but it doesn’t happen. The lack of communication and honesty is the main reason why we are disappointed with our decision to purchase with Aspen [name removed] Homes.

It seem like every time I got something fixed. something else would mess up. I have been trying to get my sprinkler system fixed since I have been in the house, but it still does not work right. I love the house over all but things keep going wrong.

We were never presented with options other than the elevation, floorplan, paint colors and basement. No other options were presented to us so that we could make a choice of yay or nay. Our neighbors were offered options such as wetbars, upgraded appliances, backsplashes etc. nonne of these were ever even mentioned to us.

Working with the warranty department is extremely slow and cumbersome. It takes emailing them several times or texting them or calling them several times to get a response. I started a ticket with them via [name removed] on 05/14/25. He said he would open the ticket since there we several items in the 1 year warranty inspection, and after 3 weeks of nothing further from him, I found out he quit. Then I tried to contact [name removed] and have had no response. I have now opened 6 individual tickets on 06/16/25 with them supposed to get back within 24 business hours to get issues resolved. I haven't heard anything since opening the tickets and getting the standard confirmation email. That is why I rate Aspen [name removed] so low. I'm not sure I would recommend them to anyone.

When something was concerning the turn around time isn’t timely. Plus some concerns I had were somewhat dismissed. I still have not had the rock in my front yard fixed

The labor, superintendent, warranty, and mostly the mortgage experience was FANTASTIC! We couldn't be happier with the home and our experience with getting it built. However, the sales representative, [name removed], left A LOT to be desired. From not presenting options to us, only to find out about them later on, to promising things that could be done just learn from the superintendent that it couldn't. We even asked for a feature that we were told couldn't be done, then learned in the frame walk that it was being done anyway, then [name removed] boasted at closing to our agent that he got it done, only to find it wasn't done when we moved in. We were told that window dressings were standard, then surprised that they were an upgrade and we were too late to add them. We weren't told about the breakfast kitchen until we saw it in another model. We were told the laundry cabinet was standard. We opted for the quartz countertop, then learned the cabinet was extra. We chose the black hardware option, only to learn later that the faucets weren't included. We requested a hold for a garbage disposal switch be drilled in the counter top, [name removed] said it wouldn't be a problem. Then at our frame walk through the superintendent said let us know it wasn't something they would do. We would need to have it done after moving in. All of these were acceptable answers and not deal breakers. But the over promising and underdeluvering of the salesman was extremely frustrating. Hopefully were in this house for a very long time. We have and will be recommending Aspen [name removed] to friends and family, but only with the disclaimer that they need to work with a different salesman. This is the short list of complaints. We're happy to provide additional feedback. Also, [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and the whole non-sales team were PHENOMINAL. We can't appreciate them enough.

The thing we disliked the most was dealing with so many different people sending us emails and documents to sign. It made it hard at time to. Eep up with who we were working with.
