Just few days after I signed contract with $50,000 incentive, Minto sent me email offering $100,000 and additional $5000 for Realtors. Chris and Luis agreed to give me one or the other. Then Tanya at Corp Denied! No reason. Other Homebuyers who signed before me, got the higher incentive! Luis was Very Rude and Condescending to me over phone! Insulting and threatening. Tanya never responded to any of the emails (she was copied on all).

Noticed alot of poor quality and workmanship in my home especially for the amount t of money I kid to have it built. Most concerning is my AC unit that had to be repaired about 4 times now that still has to be resolved I have other issues still pending hat has not yet been addressed

Was not happy with the pool installation. After paying for the rebuild I was told it was the pool contractors issue and we never should of paid. Was expecting [name removed] to help in this matter and they turned their backs and went the other way.

From the very first day when weI drove through the ISLES OF [name removed] at the front gate, I was extremely impressed with the layout of the development, all the water around the community, the beautiful clubhouse modeled after the original Naples Hotel, the gorgeous pool, the restaurant and bar, the ability to kayak, the hiking trails, super nice gym and the walking paths. It seemed more like a vacation paradise. We finally made it to the sales office and realize that a lot of homes had already been sold and there weren’t too many lots available – only one single-family home lot was available which ultimately became ours. [name removed] was extremely friendly and helpful in helping us with our decision-making. The design center team was very helpful and offered a selection of upgrades that was more than adequate. During the construction phase, [name removed] kept us extremely well informed with the progress of the home as it was undergoing different construction phases. He was on every little thing that we wanted fixed. When his job was complete after we closed on the home, he passed on the responsibility of making sure we were ultimately satisfied with any other item that was still on our punch list and any other items that may have surfaced along the way as time passed two the most helpful person that we have worked with along the way and that is [name removed], our post sale [name removed] representative. She is amazing! Every issue that I had, that we had, with the home was addressed and handled in a timely manner by [name removed]. She would follow up with phone calls and texts to us to make sure the workers were there. She would follow up to make sure we were satisfied with our home and all the items that were on the punch list that needed to be addressed. She is awesome! Her personality and friendly manner is exemplary!

The entire experience was very positive, from Sales through Construction and move-in. Everyone has been very accommodating. A special call out to Oscar Jaimes. Oscar went out of this way to help, keep us updated in progress with pictures and nothing has been too much trouble for him. He is a great asset to your company.

We love our new home, and we were satisfied with the construction process. We were very pleased with the sales staff, Jill; the excellent interior designer; superintendent, Rich; and especially our master care rep, Janet, after move in! We were very disappointed with not being offered “no-see-um” screens. We would have chosen that option! And the interior caulking is messy, and floor tile grout is not always smooth with tile edges.

Roof leak shortly after moving in, and had to question the quality of the house. Inferior appliances. even in DelWebb where I previously lived for about 20 years had the best possible quality appliances, so, that was disappointing. One positive experience was the quick response to fix the leak, and all the other issues that came up. Beautiful clubhouse, pool area and all the rest of the amenities are great!

I appreciate that Minto kept me informed from the moment I signed the purchase agreement. Every step along the way until move-in. My building supervisor Kyle introduced himself to me early on and explained the entire process from start to finish. He made himself available every day during my move in to ensure any issues were addressed immediately. He pointed out areas that needed to be fixed that I didn't notice. I appreciated his keen eye for detail. He offered suggestions and ideas to improve my home and had contact information when I asked for help. I also found my MasterCare person, Angie, to be a great resource as well. She pointed out additional areas in the home that needed attention like the scratches on my sliding doors. Both of them worked closely together to get the final repairs scheduled and completed. This is my second home purchased in the Isles and I found this experience to be even better than my first!

She was able to take over a bit of a mess and really come through and do what she promised. [name removed] however is exactly the opposite, [name removed] would say things were complete and when I would arrive from out of state, nothing was done or touched. [name removed] was not helpful and was unwilling to assist and see the work through. In addition on multiple instances [name removed] left my home completely unsecured, and I only knew because a neighbor had mentioned it to me and I saw on the cameras. There’s much more, but there is no sense now. [name removed] was one of the worst experiences I have had on any real estate related project. Minto is excellent, but having a representative like [name removed] hurts their reputation significantly. [name removed] did make up for the shortfall and is excellent.

[name removed] is absolutely amazing. Responsive, competent and professional. I’m in the industry and she’s the best. She was able to take over a bit of a mess and really come through and do what she promised. [name removed] however is exactly the opposite, [name removed] would say things were complete and when I would arrive from out of state, nothing was done or touched. [name removed] was not helpful and was unwilling to assist and see the work through. In addition on multiple instances [name removed] left my home completely unsecured, and I only knew because a neighbor had mentioned it to me and I saw on the cameras. There’s much more, but there is no sense now. [name removed] was one of the worst experiences I have had on any real estate related project. Minto is excellent, but having a representative like [name removed] hurts their reputation significantly. [name removed] did make up for the shortfall and is excellent.
