Since most of our communities are in mature neighborhoods, they require minimal infrastructure, helping to keep construction costs low, taxes reasonable, and home prices attainable. Each Olson community name includes the word “walk” because our vision is for homeowners to be able to exit their front door and walk to shopping, restaurants, cafes, and schools, engaging with their neighbors and becoming part of the fabric of their cities.

The purchase experience was very smooth and went off without a hitch. The staggered move-in was probably our most appreciated aspect of the move, as it enabled us to have a moving truck saddle up next to the home without fear of getting in the way of our neighbors.

During the contract process [name removed] was detailed in his explanation and I was patiently guided through the process and my questions were answered; if [name removed] did not have an answer he would find out, even taking the time to call me on his day off. I was always updated on the process, next steps and what to expect.

[name removed] was friendly and responsive and helped us make the decision to buy a home. [name removed] fixed our doorbell. Answer all the questions about the house. There was never a time when we didn’t have support. The house is incredible. We love it.
