I have too many issues that were wrong when I moved in to the house. Starting with broken cabinets, leaks in garage utility doors, and bedroom door not installed properly, bathroom mirrors not well installed just to name a few. Those things caused me to take time off from work so I can be home for repairs. It was very inconvenient for me.

If I must say, I wish the garage was a bit larger...:)) and we could use a back yard like the first set of townhouses...

What I like most is the service I received with the warranty. It is excellent! What I dislike the most is the HOA. Their rules don’t make any sense and they seem to work only to make our lives difficult. When you need help, they are slow to respond.

His professionalism, deep knowledge of construction, and unwavering commitment to quality made a lasting impression on us. Chris was always accessible, responsive, and incredibly thorough. Whether it was answering our questions, explaining timelines, or walking us through critical decisions, he made sure we felt informed and confident every step of the way. What stood out the most was his attention to detail—nothing escaped his eye, and he held every subcontractor to the highest standards, ensuring that our home was built with care and precision. Beyond the logistics, Chris brought a genuine sense of pride and passion to the job. You could tell he cared not just about finishing the house, but about doing it right. He treated our home as if it were his own, and that level of dedication made all the difference. Thanks to Chris Gustafson, we now have a beautiful, well-constructed home that we’re incredibly proud of. He is the kind of superintendent every homeowner hopes for, and we consider ourselves very lucky to have had him lead our project. Contracting, options, etc, were a breeze. We did not meet our sales rep in person before, during, or after close. Although, she was always available when we had a question or concern and addressed everything timely and professionally. My only “complaint” is that we didn’t receive a bow on the door, but I can easily over look that thanks to the job well done by Chris.

I live in the Crossings and understand that many of the homes are experience mold due to A/C issues. There was a "town hall" hosted by Minto that told us they are aware of an issue but no further advisement was given. I would love to have a clearer channel of communication between Minto and the home owners so that we can stay up-to-date. Thanks folks. Y'all have been great so far. Just not sure where we are on the A/C thing.

My home had mold within 3 months of us moving in. Our MasterCare rep. is Kelsey and she's been very good working with us. However, there's only so much she can do when vendors are involved. After our insulation was re-installed, we had Preferred Air come in to re-install the a/c units and do some overall checking and they confirmed that food/trash was left in our attic. I gotta say, the quality of vendors being chosen/used by Minto seems to be more for saving money than it is for quality of work.

The plants used on my home from Minto were planted with disease, The shower door on master bathroom is really bad quality and the company took too long to fix, but now it is having issues again, the wall is getting.
