This has been our 4th new construction home, but first time in Texas. This has been by far one of the best experiences we have had. The quality of construction is very good and we have had such minor issues during the first year. We have had only a few drywall seems have cracks, which is very impressive considering how much settling there is during the first year. For the very minor items I have opened a ticket on, the responsiveness is great. Things have been fixed very fast. From the sales team, to the project manager and now the home warranty team everything has been great. I would definitely purchase from [name removed] again based on our experience with this home.

Not that I disliked it but as you move from Base price to what you settle on after designs can be staggering in terms of how much more you spend.

The quality of construction doesn’t seem great. I had a leak on the garage ceiling since I moved and is still not fully fixed. For steep price I was charged I would expect better quality

The best part was working with [name removed]. He was quick to communicate and made us feel that providing us with a beautiful home was his top priority. We also appreciated [name removed] who stepped in when our initial builder was terminated. He did everything within his power to meet our timelines and make sure all was as we wished. Both guys truly went above and beyond. Our warranty rep, [name removed] has been very responsive and has been making sure all things that needed fixing are getting fixed.
