The only best process of this process is the sales person [name removed]. Other than that the experience was horrible. The builder [name removed] threatened me in the walk-through that if the items I pointed out were not fixed they would revoke my contract and the earnest money would take forever to be refunded. He threatened me to sign the final walkthrough
