Like: [name removed] was super helpful with questions that we jad before and after purchase. She went above and beyond to make sure we get all of our questions answered Dislike: The process felt a bit of rush since the closing came with a condition that we had to close by May 6th 2025. Less than 2 weeks. I would have loved to be more flexible on the closing date since I had to pay out of pocket for breaking my rental lease

My experience with Trophy homes was amazing. My only issue was with the preferred lender. We were advised to close by the 16th of a month and underwriting had to push the date to the 22nd even though they had all the information needed to proceed for over a week.

I like the large picture windows. I like the white kitchen and nice large bar. I don’t like the master bathroom. I don’t like the 2 small sinks with very little counter space and a complete lack of drawers in the bathroom.

Due to frequent work travel, I had limited time to close on and move into my new home. I encountered issues transferring a utility because I wasn’t informed I needed to visit city hall in person. I also didn’t receive my mail keys at closing and, due to my travel schedule, haven’t been able to pick them up from the Trophy office. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall home buying experience was excellent. The construction manager, [name removed], was especially helpful, attentive, and responsive to all my concerns.

The mortgage company that Tropy homes use split into 2 companies. It was a mess and this was in the middle of my loan process

I felt that I was given appropriate information about buying the home and all of my questions were answered. Overall, we were very happy with the process and felt that our immediate concerns were addressed. We had a third party inspector review the property, and most of the items listed on the report were corrected before move-in without pushback or denial. During the walkthrough, [name removed] was helpful with ensuring all of the damages were adequately marked and taken care of, and that was greatly appreciated. However, I was slightly dissatisfied with the drainage when moving in (although assured multiple times VERBALLY) that this would be covered with warranty should the need arise to fix this. My realtor recommended a French drain but was dissuaded, and I felt that the builder would not accept any liability at this time. I was resolved to accept this answer, as the rest of the house was in good condition. It is something that I monitor closely and document so it does not create a costly problem down the road, especially outside of the warranty window.
