Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.

Even though the home was already completed when we purchased it, the experience was smooth, professional, and well-supported. [name removed] welcomed us from the start with helpful, honest guidance that made the buying process stress-free. A special thank you to [name removed], our Construction Manager, who carefully walked us through the home before closing. His attention to detail and professionalism gave us complete confidence in the quality of the build. While we understand warranty items go through customer service, it’s reassuring to know [name removed] is there if needed — he clearly takes pride in his work and cares about the homeowners he serves. [name removed] was great to work with even with little interaction. We were given the wrong mail box keys when moved in and it was correctly quickly with the right set! [name removed] our construction manager had been extremely helpful and responsive with any questions or concerns

I really liked the service they offered. Whenever I had an issue in my home, they tried their best to solve the problem. They’re very nice and helpful, especially [name removed], he was very nice and took the time to come and help me with problems in my house.

[name removed] in [name removed] was very professional and helpful when we began looking at houses. He was patient and knowledgeable with the entire process. Once we were getting ready to close, [name removed] made our final walkthrough and new home orientation a breeze! He was so helpful, answered all of our many questions and gave us knowledgeable information to maintain our new home. Since closing, [name removed] and [name removed] have been there for any questions that have come up. [name removed] has been very prompt to get back with us regarding any warranty items and is always quick with responding to us and coming over to look at anything we have questions on! He has been wonderful!

Great experience overall; however, early on, there was a lack of clear communication around delays especially with the retaining wall. I received limited updates for weeks and only learned close to closing. While I appreciate the home quality, that part of the process felt reactive and not customer-first. Overall I would stay with Trophy homes and looking to buy again in 2026.
