The sales agent, [name removed], was amazing at explaining everything and answering any questions we had. There were good deals that came with the house, ex lower interest rate, fridge, washer, dryer. Dislike is the house loan company we had to use to get the deal. UMH was very disorganized and did not communicate within their team causing us to submit stuff twice to different people when they already had the documents.

My construction manger tj has been amazing so helpful and there if I need him im a first time home buyer so it was all scary to me but he made everything so easy

I liked the professionalism throughout the process and how seamless it was. Effective communication from all parties involved. There isn’t anything that I disliked. All concerns that I brought up were addressed or I was advised on how to address them.
