[name removed] our PM onsite was very thorough and attentive to all of our questions and needs throughout the process. It’s imperative to have a strong, customer service leader such as [name removed] to be customer facing. We appreciate his communication and support.

Trophy did a great job of communicating throughout the entire process. We were given regular updates on the progress of the house and when we could expect for things to be completed. We regularly visited the property during the building process and when we had questions about how something looked they were answered promptly

Not many floor plans that worked well. E.g. [name removed] area in all but the Matese floor plans are located in proximity to household activity [name removed] was very helpful. So is [name removed].
