[name removed] was a complete pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, proactive and helpful throughout my entire process. It was the easiest part of the whole experience. There were a few bumps with Inspire Home Loans, but overall was okay. I do have a concern with the backyard, but the builder is working with me on this issue.

Overall, everything was great, the process from contract to move-in went smoothly. The only thing I’d say was a downside was not getting our mail keys right away. We didn’t receive them until about a month after moving in, which was a bit frustrating. But other than that, the experience was really positive!

I expected more communication from the builder than what I received. My expectation from the builder would have been a more personable customer service experience. The entire loan/home purchasing process was very streamlined but often felt like I was buying the house from a computer if that makes any sense. The warranty division has been amazing. The warranty division customer service is top notch and has made my life much easier when I did have to submit a warranty ticket.

So far we haven’t come across anything we’ve disliked too much. Not having window screens was a negative but it was explained on cost saving which helps in the long run for us.

The sale agent walked with me every step of the way he checked in with me to make sure that any questions or concerns that I had that was addressed in a timely manner, as far as the loan officer, he was great as well. He really worked with me work with me to let me know what I needed to submit, and if there was a obstacle, he made sure to address it
