Overall everything has been great and the warranty has fixed everything that’s had issues which are mostly just from settling. The only thing that has been a little frustrating design wise, is that only the larger side yard has gate doors on both ends of the fence. The smaller side yard only has a gate door at the front of the house. It just feels completely irrelevant to have it there and not also at the back of the house. If there was a gate door at the back of the house next to the garage, then we could store our trash bins on that side instead of them taking up space in the larger side yard which we utilize frequently. Other than this, we are very pleased with our experience and love our new home.

My overall experience was great, I have been trying to move into the community for the past two years and was just about ready to give up until I received a call from [name removed] (Sales Manager) after I had visited the [name removed] floor plan for what I thought was the last time. Every sales Manager prior to this experience was not as accommodating and and as helpful. [name removed] was very professional, stayed in communication with me and guided me through the entire process until I closed and for that I am beyond grateful. Even after closing I was still tended to by [name removed] who was very helpful and thorough in my walk through all the way down to my maintenance needs. [name removed] ensured me that no matter how small or big the task he will be here to see that it was completed. I genuinely feel like family and not just a customer. People working on site were professional and mostly responsive. Quality of the home construction sub par for the price of the home. Lowest quality paint, sloppy workmanship especially, base boards, trim and paint. Now that they are down to a hand full of homes to sell they are landscaping and adding improvements that weren't offered to us. Front yard landscaping was a joke. We asked if we could do our own landscaping for a credit towards our upgrades but were told no. Asked if we could have the front painted a different color and were told no so we paid for it ourseves after moving in. Took almost 6 months to get our solar hooked up which cost us money, time and lots of frustration.

I was truly impressed with all aspects of my purchase. My realtor was great, and the staff, especially Josh, he was the person that made this so easy and smooth. Josh showed me the home, he didn’t try to sell me the house, he allowed me to e the time and space to become connected to the house. He was patient and tolerant of my anxiety, after I decided this was the house for me, he allowed me to come inside the house, but he also allowed me to sit with the back yard. Jordan has also been exceptional, showing me the functions of the house exceptional, I am still not comfortable with the house, Jake is polite and very knowledgeable

When I first started this life changing purchase I worked with [name removed]. He spent hours helping me find the right home that fit my needs and even allowed me to attempt to park my full size truck into multiple garages. Unfortunately a 1/2 ton and 1 ton won't fit. Regardless [name removed] was amazing he eventually moved up and departed Frontera and made sure I was informed. After the purchase I was greeted by the management of the builders themselves. It was an amazing experience l, the treat you like family so much that I even invited them for a trip on the boat and beers. The of course denied my invention. This is a true family friendly company.
